Iam planning on lossing 7/8 stone iam not 19stone and this is my journey to losing weight:
The ways i will be losing weight is:
- Appetite suppressants good idea?? either patch, pill or a tea????
- Fitness routine morning and night
- stop eating, well cut down as this seems to be a bad idea
I have also started the weight watchers diet plan and will be updating each week for you sis and mum to see how iam getting on. I will be putting pictures on when i actually start losing weight.
