So its been 3 years since I started this crazy journey of weight loss and dieting. I have used many different natural supplements and incorporated a great diet plan. Since starting this journey 3 years ago I have lost an impressive 6 stones and three pounds!!!!!
Here is a run down on what I did and how I did it..
- Exercised a lot, mostly every other day I spent on the treadmill and lifting light weight.
- Walked to and from work (about 2 miles) I know its not far but it did really make a difference!
- I used natural supplements for appetite, but also to help with my energy levels
- I ate only food from animal or grass, this means no man made foods
This was a great success and I am very proud of my self.. I would like to thanks Tara, Mollie and Sandra for all their support in getting me through this ordeal. It was a hard three years and I am now going to have a KFC bucket. Lol not really.. I will keep eating right and sticking with the exercises.
My final weigh in was:
I started at 19 stone and after three years of dieting I lost 6 stone and three pounds to date. My final weight in was 12 stone and eleven pounds. I am happy with body now and will never let myself get to that again.. Thank you all for reading my journey over these rocky three years..
