OK so i have been dieting for a year now and I am going to share my experience, what i done and how i done it..
I lost just over 6 stone not as much as i wanted to lose but i think it is still a good attempt to reach my 10 stone goal.
I will keep dieting until i reach this weight and will post when i do... My appetite has been dwindled down to a few meals a day.
I still go to weight watchers and see new faces come and go, but i am now a full pledged member with a certificate of 5 stone lighter....
Ok so how i lost 6 stone in the last year.
dieting.. dieting and dieting... It was hard work and i missed out on loads of foods. I went to the gym and exercised every other day, i used supplements to increase my energy and muscle mass (legal steroids) these are safe and totally natural.
I found using fat burning diet pills caused me to have heart burn, headaches and stomach cramps, so my friend recommended me to these enhancement supplements that are called legal steroids i don't know why as you swallow them..
Apart from these supplements i only exercise and dieted eating naturally made foods and no junk food as i found it to last under an hour before i became hungry again and wanted to eat more and more and more!!!!!
