I started my weight loss plan on the 13/04/2014 and weight 19 stone, i plan to lose about 7/8 stone over a period of 1 year, I am recording my weight loss journey on a blog so my family and friends can laugh at me and we have some thing to talk about on the weekends. These are the ways i plan on shedding the pounds in my crusade and I have been using:
- a strong fitness routine exercising morning and evening
- I am doing the weight loss routine weight watchers
- I am also thinking of using, supplements, teas or a patches (not sure yet)
Apart from jogging i have never really done any exercises before, so i might get to the gym and get some advice from the personnel fitness guy/gals to see if they can give me some pointers.
So after the first few weeks i lost nothing i actually put weight on 2lbs mmmm (sis dont laugh)
But iam now hitting it hard in the gym and trying to shed more so when we go in at the end of the week i will be losing pounds and not get those funny stares off the super thin bitches lol, why are they even there!!!!
They must get off on looking at people trying to lose weight ..... weirdos
Anyways this is my update until now, next week i might even post some pics if i am feeling brave hahahahahha
